Kimchi Heim in Berlin

Highly recommended for all fans of Korean cuisine. The food is incredibly delicious, the family that runs it is exceptionally friendly and then it's also a highlight in a corner of Steglitz that doesn't really have many places of culinary interest. Conclusion: Our favorite Korean - who will hopefully be able to open again soon and will hopefully survive the Corona period.

Maybe they had a bad day but our food was bland and I’ve had Korean food in Berlin that I have enjoyed much more. Menu felt authentic but just not very creative and again, lacking some typical spices. Service was very nice but not organized at all. Wanted to try this restaurant out for so long and now that we did, I think we won’t be coming back, sorry.

We have been here a number of times and appreciate the quality of the food and the unadulterated taste.

A cozy little shop even if we took our food with us due to the corona, but as soon as everything has normalized, we will definitely stop by more often because the food was absolutely delicious and the owners were very friendly. 👌👌 ... I can recommend the shop to anyone who wants to eat something extraordinary because the taste is simply excellent. I have 11 out of 10 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

That was one of the best Bulgogi in the city! ...well probably even the very best one :) the restaurant is quite small and very cozy, there is a terrace also. Very friendly and nice stuff. I would never expect to find such a gem in such a quite area, but this has happened:)

Great restaurant with a family atmosphere. The portions are fair, the waitress is the nicest I have ever seen. Very courteous and polite. And the most important thing: The food is very tasty and surpasses large stores such as kimchi princess.

It was a restaurant that didn't expect much, but it was so delicious that it was the best Korean restaurant I have ever been to. It's the first restaurant I think of when I think of Korean food I want to eat while I'm in town. He was kind and the atmosphere was so good. It is recommended!

I am quite in Korean cuisine in Berlin, but this diner is just beyond comparison! Definitely in top three despite its remote location. We tried curry and seafood soup with tofu, the taste was greatly balanced. After your meal you are served with a tea as a compliment. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. Thanks for the amazing lunch!

It was so nice and cozy as soon as I entered the store It was a late time when I went, so I only had foreign customers I was so tired that I quickly made the meat and soft tofu stew, but it came out quickly :) The yukyuk stir fry was so yummy and yummy it was so full that the rice was so full I thought the tofu stew would be hot and irritating but it wasn't so good It's a simple cold but the stewed potatoes were delicious and the barley tea was so good The table wasn't sticky (?) Sorry for the deadline, but thank you for being so kind.

Kimchi Home is a small Korean restaurant in Steglitz. There are a variety of dishes that are freshly prepared. Price wise it is ok, for the size of portions you get. If it is sharp it is also nice and sharp, you should know that in advance. :-) The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. There are also some places outside and on the road you get by car mostly a free parking space. It is a bit difficult to get there by public transport. You can take the S-Bahn with Südende. In my opinion, there is a bus service nearby, but the Kimchi home is more of the neighborhood's Koreans and few are piled up from other parts of Berlin, but there are now too many good Korean restaurants in Berlin. But if someone lives nearby, be sure to go here.

The food and drinks are nicely served and the prices are good average - about 12-14 € per main course and drink. The selection is rich, including appetizers and desserts. The main courses taste authentic, but are the usual choice. One difference to many is the lack of Korean BBQ. For Kimchi home speaks first and foremost the very pleasant atmosphere. Card payment is fortunately possible too! Kimchi Home has a great atmosphere, it is quite cozy and feels really famillial. The dishes are nicely served and the prices are average. With a drink you pay around 12 - 14 €. They have a good choice of dishes, including appetizers. Main courses taste quite authentic but are the same variety as many other Korean restaurants. Only thing seperating Kimchi Home from many others is the varnish of Korean BBQ.

Perfekte Jjamppong !! und LA Galbi und Jeyukbokkum !! Jjamppong schmeckt wie in Südkorea. Die Suppe ist fantastisch. Und Fleisch ist sehr weich und sehr lecker! Chanpon flavor is really Korean taste, and I have delicious flavor from the meat stir fry ~! LA ribs are soft and not too tasty!

I'm not a Korean food expert, but I find Kimchi Heim delicious! Atmosphere is cozy as well. Definitely worth it! A good option for lunch as well.

Oh gosh the service is absolutely bomb! I work for foodora so I only have about 15 mins of break time so i requested them to hurry and mannn they delivered! The food was there in 4 and absolutely delicious Tofu Bibimbap. Authentic and reasonable price. I wiah I lived closer otherwise I would come often. Excited to try their Heißstein version of the dish next time :)) super happy!

I can highly recommend Kimchi Heim. A neat ambience, nice staff, very good & fast service. The food was delicious as well as nicely and simply presented. I also highly recommend the drink "Milki" a mix of sweet milk & soda.

Very nice new place, they have rice cooked in more healthy way, wild+white, I love it, makes rice dishes more interesting and tasty. Service also great👍🏻

Cozy place with very tasty food

The food was really great and the waiter was super friendly and helpful. Multiple vegetarian options and I can definitely recommend the tofu curry :) We had a wonderful time! Definitely check it out if you get the chance.

Very authentic and delicious! Their Korean-style spicy pork (jaeyuk bokkum) made me cry out of happiness. We had 4 entrees (kimchi tofu, spicy pork, beef in stonepot, and spicy squid with noodle) and all of them were REALLY good. To me the spiciness of food was just good. Not too spicy, not too plain but yummy :) They seemed to have opened pretty recently. This place is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. The servers were very nice too. They also have a good selection of cocktails and wine. Finishing up our dinner with the desserts they had was the best choice xD Overall it was an amazing dining experience :)
